Little Gingerbread Man

Ben and I have recently been trying to do things out of the house on weekends to expose Samuel to new things and enjoy the weather before it turns cold. We first tried to go to a petting zoo, yes I know its November and yes it closed 2 months ago (what was I thinking.) After that we went to downtown Lee's Summit, to walk around and do someone window shopping. It was a perfect day and while we were there we found out they were having a kids Gingerbread event. Even though Samuel hasn't learned how to do arts and crafts we thought it might be fun and he had a blast, there were so many other kids he was just mesmerized by them that he didn't even notice anything else. They also had gingerbread cookies for us to decorate and Sam grabbed one of the pieces of chocolate and popped it in his mouth, so in addition to seeing his first gingerbread man he also had his first piece of chocolate/sugar which I was hoping wouldn't be until his first birthday, oh well!
Sam with the gingerbread man, he was a little fearful of this big cookie!!
Holding Samuel's hand so he doesn't eat another piece of chocolate.

Work has been busy the last few weeks so Sam decided to pitch in and help. He can make the computer do things I didn't even know were possible.
Sam loves to sit in the front seat when the car is parked and pretend to drive. Such a happy little boy with his daddy.
